They were missing features that would enable their retailers to better manage their reviews, understand customer sentiment and optimize their local SEO to appear higher in search engines. Integrating ready-to-use technology into their app, they updated their then simple business profile to an enhanced UXUI experience and included many more features to support their merchants local SEO. They can now broadcast to 20+ online platforms at once, including their Google Business Profile, saving valuable time and following optimisation strategies with tags, photographs and more.

Loyalzoo also created a new section within their software for Review Management, where loyal and future customers can interact with the retailers. Instead of answering reviews one by one they can now filter by keyword, create templates with AI and better understand customer sentiment to continue to loyalize shoppers.
